Downtown Sacramento is the oldest community of the City of Sacramento, the start of “the grid” that crosses numerical streets, starting to the furthest west at the river, running north-south;  letters running east west.

South Land Park

Offering convenient access to Downtown with large, single story homes and expansive yards, the communities of South Land Park include the SLP Terrace and Hills, respectively.

Sierra Oaks

With its rural feel and some horse-friendly properties, Sierra Oaks and Sierra Oaks Vista offers an in-city respite from city life with its quiet streets and luxury homes.

Tahoe Park

Centered around its namesake park and school, Tahoe Park is a residential neighborhood of WWII single story tract ranches.

Pocket

The Pocket neighborhood is a suburban residential community just 5 miles south of Downtown Sacramento, along the bend of the Sacramento River, west of Interstate 5.

Little Pocket

A bend in the Sacramento River west of Interstate 5 just 3 miles south of Downtown Sacramento creates the Little Pocket.

Greenhaven

With a lovely greenbelt park starting at the Sacramento River, the well-planned residential community of Greenhaven features a residential lake, 1960s and 70s-built ranches, semi and custom built neighborhoods, apartment and condo communities, and convenient retail and restaurant options.

West Sacramento

A city of Yolo County, West Sacramento is an ever-evolving residential community as it moves away from its industrial past.

Elk Grove

The 2nd largest city in Sacramento County, Elk Grove is an ever-expanding suburban, planned community featuring great parks, outstanding schools, and extensive retail options.

Carmichael

Just north of Downtown Sacramento and close to the airport, Natomas is one of Sacramento’s newest residential developments.
